先熱左鑊,下油,油熱後快炒約30秒至1...先出教煮野POST......XD<br />醃牛肉時有否落生粉同油?<br />先熱左鑊,下油,油熱後快炒約30秒至1分鐘左右,約5-7成熟(未完全變色)<br />用鑊鏟"兜"起佢,放到乾淨碟備用,唔好熄火<br />落番茄同水,落一點糖同鹽"釣味"<br />如果有番茄醬落一點大約1/2湯匙(按個人口味,要淡味就唔落),蓋鑊等佢滾<br />水滾就放埋牛肉落去,兜佢幾下,等牛肉變左色就上得碟啦邪牛丸https://www.blogger.com/profile/13097252222393152837noreply@blogger.com
